Using Flashcards

Flashcards is a free service for learning vocabulary with flashcards. By using the website or the apps you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself: you are responsible for what is done with your account. You can study without an account, but progress kept that way may be lost.

Your content

The lists, words and pictures you add stay yours. Making a list public or sharing its link lets others view and study it. Only add content you have the right to share.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to harass anyone, to share content that is illegal, hateful or infringes someone else's rights, or to disrupt the service for others.

Removing content

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms. You can delete your own lists at any time.

Your data

We keep only what the service needs: your email address, your lists and your study progress. We do not sell your data.

No warranty

The service is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using it.

Changes

We may change the service and these terms. Significant changes are announced on the website, and using the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
